Payroll & Job Cost Accountant Position in Seattle

SmartTalent is seeking a Payroll and Job Cost Accountant for a 100+ year old company.  This is a direct position with career advancement opportunity.  Our client is looking for a well rounded employee to join their accounting team.

Job Costing – Prepare customized billing based on customer specs

Accounts Receivable – Process payments and managing aging

Payroll – Prepare hourly payroll and process weekly payroll

Job Requirements:

A background in Accounting; 4-year degree in a related field (business, accounting, finance)

Experience processing hourly payroll

Ideal candidate will have experience with Union payroll

Timberline/Sage software a plus
