Stephanie Ticknor
President
Stephanie joined SmartTalent in 2006, drawn to the company’s local roots and entrepreneurial spirit. She saw an opportunity to bring her experience, vision, and leadership to help build one of the most respected staffing firms in the Pacific Northwest.
Her career at SmartTalent began as a Business Development Manager, where her strategic mindset and people-first approach quickly set her apart. Over the years, she advanced through key leadership roles including Branch Manager, Operations & HR Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations, before stepping into her current role as President.
Stephanie’s passion for the industry, combined with her dedication to operational excellence and team development, continues to drive SmartTalent’s success and growth across the region. Her leadership is driven by a deep understanding of the business, a commitment to people, and a relentless focus on growth and excellence.
Dee Davidson
VP of Operations & TA
Dee joined SmartTalent in 2003 as a temporary Receptionist, a role that quickly evolved into a full-time position and the start of an impressive 22-year journey with the company. Her deep understanding of every facet of the business comes from experience earned firsthand, having served in nearly every role from Receptionist and Recruiter to Business Development Manager, Branch Manager, Marketing Manager, and Division Director.
Today, as Vice President of Operations & Talent Acquisition for SmartTalent and SmartHire, Dee oversees the Direct Hire division, leads all Marketing and Branding initiatives, and plays a key role in strategic operations. Her leadership is defined by authenticity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering results, both for the organization and the clients SmartTalent serves.
