Stephanie Ticknor
President
In 2006, Stephanie joined SmartTalent, a local and privately owned organization where she knew she could bring her experience and ideas to help build the best staffing firm in the PNW. This is where Stephanie’s love for the distribution and logistics world began. She started as a Business Development Manager, then progressed through the company to a Branch Manager, Operations & HR Manager, Director of Operations and now the President.
Tony Massey
Vice President of Sales
With over 20 years in the industry, Tony’s experience in both operations and sales make him a tremendous asset to the SmartTalent community. Tony believes in building mutually beneficial partnerships with his clients through effective, transparent communication. His motto: Win, Win, or NO DEAL!
Dee Davidson
Division Director
In 2003 (20 years ago), Dee joined SmartTalent as a temporary Receptionist which turned into a full time position. Since then, she has held virtually every position within the company; from Receptionist to Recruiter to Business Development Manager to Branch Manager to Marketing Manager and is currently the Division Director for SmartHire. Dee splits her time managing the Direct Hire division, managing all Marketing & Branding for SmartTalent, and more. Give her the opportunity to earn your business and build a long-term partnership.
