Bookkeeper/Accountant
A small private CPA Firm is seeking to add an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to their team on the Eastside.
They are looking for:
- 5+ years of recent Bookkeeping/Accounting exp
- 5+ years of experience with QuickBooks and Thompson CSA Software is required
- Experience with CCH Prosystem preferred, but not required.
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Accounting
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Financial statements
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Reconciliation of client revenue to deposits
- Preparing king county personal property tax returns
- Bank deposits
- Must have confidence with dealing with client via email and phone
- Audits – compare entries in client billing and trace back to banking to reconcile
