Now that the cold winter is giving way to a beautiful spring and busy summer, SmartTalent Staffing is sounding the alarm: We’re looking for a few good printers!
The busy season is upon us, and the market is hot for printers, especially those interested and excited to work in the digital printing industry. We’re currently looking to place more than 20 machine and production workers in the printing industry in Tukwila. This is an outstanding opportunity for those looking to break into a new industry or advance their career!
Print production roles include keeping track of all project deadlines, making sure proofs are provided to the client in a timely manner, and noting order demands. These key positions help keep clients happy and orders running like clockwork, bringing attention to events and organizations to help boost their awareness and success.
Print machine operators are key components in this process — they keep everything running! There are a variety of skills and talents that fall under this big umbrella, including silk screeners and offset and letterset machine operators, each requiring a special set of skills and an eye for detail to make sure the client’s orders look clean, sharp, and as designed.
What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people:
- Available to work seven days a week during the peak season
- Ready to start right away
- Available to work 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. (training shift) and 2-10 p.m. (production shift)
- Interested in the possibility of overtime
Shift times vary based on position, but the six-week busy season will see increased demand, and at a pay range of $18-$24 per hour, with overtime, you’ll be making good money right away!
Successful candidates will receive:

We’re looking to fill over 20 positions for a digital printing company in Tukwila, and there are several different types of jobs available for motivated employees ready to start an exciting and engaging new career.
All positions require candidates who can lift up to 30 pounds and can stand for their entire shift. Good hand-eye coordination is a must, as is the ability to handle repetitive motions, including twisting, bending, and stooping.
